Weekend Of Awesome...

Friday:

So Friday was a great night, went to Clarissa's for a party! Was great fun, good times!
I still think Clarissa should have gotten the Habanero(I think?) Sauce for her mom instead of salsa! :P

Hmm what else could I say about this night, Haha I don't know but it was great!

Saturday:

So I woke up today, had some oatmeal, some french vanilla, and Crystal came to my house to wait for Trisha to pick us up for LBE, then she did! :o Amazing! Mark went to the church at 8:30, and was impatient and left before Trisha even got there!! >:\ He missed out, whatever, next time! So it was just Trisha (and Chloe), Nolan, Crystal, and me.. Serious shortage of people, Shannon and Clarissa couldn't make it! :( Denver didn't go, We think he's working today, whatevs (That's what the cool people say, right? whatevs? Haha :D).. :P

On the way there! We talked and such, prepared ourselves for the day, nothing too exciting here! :)

Arrival! They had things for breakfast like always, this time there was.. shortbread cookies, some VERY crumbling things (they were pretty good! :) ) Bagels (Om nom nom Blueberry bagel *drool...*). Sang some songs, prayed over the day, brought up the lunches from the basement, loaded up vehicles, and we're off!

Time to pick the kids up! Picking up the kids on the central bus, pretty rowdy as usual, Jordan didn't want to come, so we got him on the phone with Crystal and everyone was saying they wanted him to come, and she was like "Steven's here too", Jordan was like "STEVEN'S THERE?! I'M COMING!!", :P Haha. And Bayley decided she was going to tear up the plastic bag with her teeth instead of eating the sandwhich INSIDE the bag, THEN she decided she was going to EAT MY JACKET! Finally Crystal tickled her and I realized I should have thought of that sooner! Then halfway through the ride she was like "You have big warm hands" then she grabbed my arm, lay down on the seat with her feet up against the wall and her head on my side, and held on to my arm, and started singing songs to herself until we got to the church, it was incredibly cute.

At the church! Everyone is getting off the bus at this point, when I hear Tristan crying, and laying on the seat holding his neck... Jordan punched him in the neck because he was bugging him or something, I don't know, this didn't go over well with me.. He was fine, Randal told me to go inside and he'd bring Tristan in, alright.

Sanctuary, Guard Duty! :P I manned the left door, Some kids tried to get through (of course), but nope! :D They did a neat silhouette for telling the kids about the Tower of Babel, Randal was telling me afterwards that he thought he could have done a better job, and how he didn't have much time to prepare, but I thought he did real good! The kids were really attentive! So good job Randal and team!

Grade Group Time! Most of the girls went off for a tea party, Trisha told me about it afterwards, the sock in the tea pot thing was a pretty cool idea. As for Nolan and I with the grade 2, 3, and 4 boys, we went to Green Hill for som Toboganning!! :D Before leaving the bus we all prayed for safety, no broken teeth or bones, and the Lord answered that prayer! (not saying no one got hurt, but I will tell about that later! :P) It was a GREAT time, the main section was literally a big sheet of ice the whole way down, and you go so fast! Everytime me and the kids went down the hill, they would always latch on to our and each other's mats, so we would all go down as a cluster, Randal thought that was great. :P And now for the injuries: One of the kids while standing got SMOKED in the feet and almost did a flip! he landed on his shoulder and head, so i picked him up and carried him to the side so he wouldn't get hit again, I got one of the kids to call Randal over and he took care of him, he was fine, and was up and about in no time! :D But apparently Nolan tells me one of the kids hurt themselves and was complaining of headaches, and puked?? And another kid with the same deal puked on the bus?? I didn't find any puke afterwards though... and I cleaned up the bus after we got back! Hm also one of the kid's hands was really cold and wet, so I let him wear my gloves until his were warm and mine were freezing. Hmmm so in conclusion: Green Hill is awesome. We went in the fall for a great day, and now again for another great day! I just hope and pray those kids who apparently puked are okay, and don't have concusions! Also Nolan was hanging out with one of the kids on the bunny hill who just didn't want to go on the big hill, good on Nolan for hanging out with him!

Going back to the church I talked to the class, mostly asking them if they had fun, which they all did, then we got back to the church, and all the kids switched onto their pick-up/drop-off section busses, I just stayed on the same bus, since Randal's class bus was also the central bus. :D

The Drop-off! So on the way to drop kids off, the kids were QUITE, no... CONSIDERABLY rowdy, until most of them left that is, then it calmed to a lull, which was nice since I was getting tired. Tristan was upset when his plans to go to his friend's house didn't work out, so he went home, I talked to him on facebook after, he said he was at Jordan's house, :P Guys just don't hold grudges! Good stuff!

Back to the church! When we got back to the church, Randal asked me to clean up te garbage in the bus, so I did, finished eating my lunch, went in the church, met up with Trisha and Nolan, we talked a little bit, said our goodbye's and see-you-in-a-month's and went on our way home!

On the way home! We talked about our day as usual, "debriefing" and what not, we all agreed it was a VERY good day!

And then I was dropped off, said seeya later! and went inside :D

And then the rest of the day I just sat around, writing this! haha not really, but close enough.

Sunday (The Fuuutuure! :o ):

Soo tomorrow's church! And Shenanigans is singing! haha I'll have to make sure to smile ackwardly at her and laugh, to throw her off! :o ... That's what BEST FRIENDS are for, right? :P ... Naw I'm joking, I would NEVER do that! ;) :|] ... Or would I...? We'll see tomorrow! :P haha

And the rest of the day I expect to be studying for exams... yay...
